📦 Shipping Policy – Student Tech Shop

At Student Tech Shop, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle processing, delivery, and tracking.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Canada: 2–7 business days

    • United States: 4–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and local courier availability)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Student Tech Shop is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@studenttechshop.com

  • In cases of lost or stolen packages, we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

6. Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.

  • Certain products (like batteries or high-capacity electronics) may have shipping restrictions based on carrier rules.
