What does the warranty cover?

Every pre-owned device is covered against hardware defects for 3 months from the day you receive it. Brand new sealed products carry the full manufacturer warranty.

What's the difference between the three conditions?

Brand new sealed is untouched in the factory box. Open box has been opened but shows no wear. Certified pre-owned has light signs of use and has passed our full inspection.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship everywhere in Canada, coast to coast, within 24 hours of your order. Shipping is free on orders over $200, and an express 1-day option is available at checkout. Because everything ships from Brampton, Ontario, there are no cross-border duties or customs fees.
